"
Ein Stein fällt mir vom Herzen” is a German saying which refers to the feeling of relief - this relief can be thought as the realization of one’s possibility to constantly change and become other forms of being. In this metamorphosis, the performers carry objects with them, and the objects take care for the performer and carry us into another life cycle.
But as these stones fall from our hearts, they transform their meaning and become performing subjects as well, changing the way we interact with them, making us question our difference. Performing as travelers between forms of being, we explore a rhythm of becoming and letting go, growing into fossils, writing our wills, controlling and nurturing, turning into material.

“마음에서 돌이 떨어져 내린다 (A stone falls from my heart)” 라는 독일 관용구는 깊은 안도감을 뜻한다. 퍼포먼스 안에서 이 안도감은 스스로가 끊임없이 변화하며 또 다른 존재의 형상으로 변형(metamorphosis) 될 수 있음을 깨닫는 과정이다. 두 퍼포머는 오브제를 휴대하며 이동하고, 역으로 그 오브제들은 퍼포머들을 돌보며 또 다른 삶의 순환 속으로 이끈다.
마음에서 떨어져 나온 이 돌들은 고정된 역할을 벗어나 스스로 수행하는 주체가 된다. 이는 퍼포머가 오브제와 상호작용하는 방식을 전환시키며, 나아가 인간과 비인간, 주제와 객체 사이의 경계를 재질문하게 만든다. 존재와 형태의 사이를 오가는 여행자로서 수행하며, 작업은 '되어감'과 '놓아줌'의 리듬을 탐구한다. 퍼포머들은 그렇게 화석으로 자라나고, 유언장을 쓰며, 통제하고 돌보는 행위 속에서 스스로 하나의 물질로 전환되어 간다.
